A constant reminder if you will, of how our need to know there is something out there that is important this life.  Something beyond who we are, beyond ourselves beyond anything we could do or ever imagine that can bring true hope to our lives and that found in Christ. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Ci>WHY CHRISTIANS NEED HOPE\u003C\u002Fi>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>You see Paul purposely wrote about heaven in the Bible to give hope to:\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Christ followers who may be discouraged\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Who maybe battered\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Worn by the day to day struggles\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Challenges of living life in this world.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>To the believer, well we can take hope, we have hope and the church helps us to constantly reflect on and remember the hope that is found in Christ and the future that he has created just for us.  Yes the founder of the church intended for his church to be a congregation of help and hope, a place where we stand forever helping each other.  \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Ci>CHURCH IS A FAMILY\u003C\u002Fi>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>The reality is this, the church is not an organization it is a family.  Asking why church, is like asking the question why family?  Think about it how many people would say I don’t see the need to have a family.  I like people I can connect to friends from time to time why would I want to be in a family? Now you see human’s desire\u003Cu> \u003C\u002Fu>family connection.  A parent spouse child, in the New Testament, one of the main pictures of the church is the word family. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>Search the words brother, sister, family, children and you’ll see how much God talks about his family the church.  Christ never intended us to do life alone.  He never encouraged us or wanted us to grow in our faith all by ourselves he wanted us to connect to others so that we could grow in our faith and strengthen each other but he also intended for his church to be a place of healing.  \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>III.           \u003C\u002Fb>\u003Cb>\u003Cu>HEALING\u003C\u002Fu>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>The church is an essential promise of healing not because of what we the members in the church can do but rather because of what our founder, what Christ has promised that he will do.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Ci>TRUE AND COMPLETE HEALING\u003C\u002Fi>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>To an unbelieving world this isn’t possible because they can only serve to remedy the symptoms and not the root of sin.  To a believer this brings so much joy that the founder of the church, Christ himself not only saves our souls but he supports us along life’s journey.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Ci>YOU NEED A SAVIOR\u003C\u002Fi>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Realize that you need a Savior (John 14:6)  \u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Admit there is sin in your heart (Romans 3:23)\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       Repent and turn away from your sin (Acts 3:19)\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>-       \u003Cspan>Request for Jesus to cleanse you (1 John 1:9)\u003Cbr class=\"wysiwyg-clear-both\"> \u003C\u002Fspan>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cu>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fu>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cu>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fu>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cu>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fu>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cu>APPLICATION QUESTIONS\u003C\u002Fu>\u003C\u002Fb>\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>1. Sí, el fundador de la iglesia tenía la intención de que su iglesia fuera una congregación de ayuda y esperanza, un lugar donde permanezcamos para siempre ayudándonos mutuamente.\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr \u002F>LA IGLESIA ES UNA FAMILIA\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>La realidad es esta, la iglesia no es una organización, es una familia. Preguntar ¿por qué la iglesia? es como preguntar ¿por qué familia? Piénselo cuántas personas dirían “yo no veo la necesidad de tener una familia”. “Me gustan las personas, puedo conectar con amigos de vez en cuando, ¿por qué querría estar en una familia?” Ahora ve el deseo humano de la conexión familiar. Un padre, cónyuge, hijo, en el Nuevo Testamento, una de las imágenes principales de la iglesia es la palabra familia.\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr \u002F>Busque las palabras hermano, hermana, familia, hijos y verá cuánto habla Dios de su familia la iglesia. Cristo nunca tuvo la intención de vivir la vida solos. Él nunca nos animó ni quiso que creciéramos en nuestra fe por nosotros mismos, quería que nos conectáramos con los demás para que pudiéramos crecer en nuestra fe y fortalecernos mutuamente, pero también tenía la intención de que su iglesia fuera un lugar para sanar.\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr \u002F>III. SANAR\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>La iglesia es una promesa esencial de sanidad, no por lo que podemos hacer los miembros de la iglesia, sino por lo que nuestro fundador, lo que Cristo ha prometido que hará.\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr \u002F>SANACIÓN VERDADERA Y COMPLETA\u003C\u002Fp> \u003Cp>Para un mundo incrédulo esto no es posible porque solo pueden servir para remediar los síntomas y no la raíz del pecado.
